REFUND POLICY

Halloween season Oct 1-Nov 2:   No Refunds or exchanges on any items during this period 

Off season Nov 3 to Sept 30:  No refunds on purchaseable items …Exchanges only within 3 days from purchase date (same or equal value only), and with receipt only, but not available on wigs.   

Off season Nov 3 to Sept 30:  75% refund on costume rentals cancelled or exchanged within 48 hours or more from pickup date and no refunds permitted within 48 hours or less from pickup date    

SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments outside of province (Canada or U.S.) are via Canada Post air and takes up to 14 days.  We do not provide express delivery to the U.S.  

Global shipments can take up to 21-28 days
