Custom Costume Design
Woodbridge Costume Collection specializes in creating one-of-a-kind costumes tailored to your unique preferences and/or production. Our process is simple: you provide us with image(s) or design(s) you need created, and we'll work with you to bring your characters to life. Our pricing is based on the complexity of the design. During the customization process, we'll discuss details such as colours and fabric choices. Please keep in mind that custom orders may take some time to complete, as we prioritize precision and quality. So although there may be a wait, the wait will be worth it as you'll receive a costume that matches your chosen character(s).
How do I order?
1. Contact us at woodbridgecostumes@gmail.com to provide your images/pictures of the costume(s). Details of any specific fabrics you would like should also be included, otherwise, we could suggest some.
2. Provide the height, weight and bust-waist-hip measurements for each costume design or wearer.
3. After the fabric, size, colour and style is determined, a quote will be provided which will be open for acceptance within 72 hours. Once accepted, a deposit is paid and we will start working on your order.
4. The production process can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks (or more) depending on the complexity and quantity of costumes being ordered.
How do I Pay?
We accept cash, debit and charge card (visa, mc and amex). A 50% deposit is required with the placement of the order and the 50% balance will be due on pickup. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges are permitted after full payment has been made.
When Do I Pickup?
We will email you once the costume(s) is/are ready for pickup. The order can be picked up at our studio in Woodbridge. Or if you need delivery, we can arrange that for an additional cost.
