Production, School and Non-Profit Rentals

Terms & Conditions 

Discounts:

  • 25% Off for TV/Film/Theatre/Video (min 2 week rental)
  • 40% Off for Non-Profit Theatre (min 8 week period rental)
  • 50% Off for Schools (min 6 week period rental)
  • 60% Off for Long Term Production (min 12 week period rental)

 

Minimum Order: $500

Initial deposit required: 25% in advance within 48 hours of booking.

Payment terms:  Balance payable upon release of rental. We do not offer payment terms.

Extended Rental: If more than 12 weeks is needed, the discount will be 60% off per month. 

Security Deposit: $75-$300 per costume item. Security deposit is not a prepayments for invoices.  The deposit will be held until all accounts are settled and costumes are returned. 

Conditions of Costumes Rentals: 

All rentals hangers and garment bags must be returned with the costumes.  Any missing items or condition issues must be reported to us within 24 hrs. All goods must be returned in the same or better condition.  There is no need to clean or dry clean the costumes before returning. 

Minor, reversible alterations are permitted. i.e. hems, waist and sleeve alterations. Major alterations must have prior authorization. $50/hr fee applies to reverse alterations or repair damages. No breakdown of the garment(s) without prior authorization. 

Replacement Policy:

There is no replacement for one of a kind costumes or vintage items but equally interesting / wearable pieces will be considered first by Woodbridge Costumes. Only when nothing suitable is available, will we resort to a cash replacement value set at 10 times the rental value. Replacment values of lost or damaged garments are set at 10X the rental value.
